Savita began her journey towards massage and holistic healing in 2004 by learning Usui Reiki, a Japanese style of energy healing, to heal herself. Once she saw the positive difference Reiki made for her, it became her passion to offer it to others!
While still working for the State of California, she decided to begin her career transition by enrolling at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland in 2010. Savita completed over 500 hours of training to become a Massage Therapist, and received her State Certification. She continues to enrich her knowledge by taking classes at McKinnon Body Therapy Center, as well as online classes through Associated Bodywork & Massage Professional(ABMP)
She offers following modalities of massage and bodywork: Reiki Energy healing, Table Shiatsu Acupressure, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Onsite Chair Massage and Senior Massage She is very intuitive in choosing which combination of therapies will be most beneficial for your session unless you request just one modality. Savita's Massage Practice is in Hercules. She is a very heartfelt experienced and effective body worker, providing a beautiful space with soothing music to relax. She is also mobile and takes her services to organizations and events for a fee.
