Courtney grew up in the Bay Area in a home where her mother owned and operated a preschool. When she was old enough she began working with children, it came to her so naturally. Working with children is something she has always loved. She especially loves seeing the world through their innocent eyes. It truly warms her heart.
But after being a Pre-School teacher for over 15 years she found herself at a crossroads and wanted to make a career change. She chose massage therapy and esthetics because it suited her nurturing temperament. Now in a pampering environment, she finds helping her clients improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being to be very satisfying.
Courtney graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA as well as KZ Academy in Milpitas, CA. She is Certified through CAMTC and she is also a member of AMTA. She opened her own business Te Aroha Aesthetics & Massage Therapy in 2019. She continues to expand her knowledge and experience by attending classes and workshops to enhance her skills and to better serve her clients.
She believe’s everyone can benefit from massage therapy and skincare. “It is my mission to intuitively customize each session to achieve my clients goals and to help facilitate healing to the individual as a whole. Nurturing our bodies, preventive healthcare and finding balance in life is the key to being our best selves. I would love to help you on your path to total wellness.”
In her free time Courtney loves being a mother, spending time with her family and grand-pup, traveling, being in nature (especially at a beach) . She also loves spending some time alone to reset and recharge!
